Are you managing your books in QuickBooks Online but want to be sure you’re doing it right and everything is set up correctly? This one-time service is designed to give fitness business owners - who are also DIY bookkeepers - clarity, confidence, an understanding of their current finances, and how to handle daily tasks with ease.

What’s included:
A review of your books and setup followed by a virtual meeting where we:

  • Walk through findings and tailored recommendations

  • Cover your bookkeeping questions and discuss your business needs

  • Create a written follow-up document summarizing next steps and best practices

Sometimes we can’t get to the gym for a while. Have you been ignoring your books, or just never got them full going the way you wanted from the beginning? Is it simply that your CPA is waiting on you so they can file your taxes?

No judgement or need to feel overwhelmed or embarrassed. I’ll get everything organized, updated, reconciled, and ready to move forward.

A dedicated 60-minute session to review your numbers and talk through specific questions or decisions.

  • Yes! I specialize in the fitness industry, but I also work with many other types of small businesses as well. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your business and specific needs.

  • No, I do not offer tax preparation or filing. However, if you need to get your books in order to hand off to your CPA, EA, or other tax preparation provider, I do offer cleanup and catch-up services as well as tax-ready reporting services that include financial reports and related notes to provide your tax preparer with the up-to-date information they will need to complete your tax return.

  • No, I do not process payroll or offer HR services. Depending on the level of services needed, there are several options of payroll and/or human resources providers I can recommend.

  • Yes, I offer personal bookkeeping as an add-on service to monthly bookkeeping packages.
