About Valerie and Eagle Eye Accounting LLC
Bookkeeping and accounting services are more than categorizing transactions and generating reports (although of course, those are very important!). I give clients peace of mind and a true understanding of their financial position at any given time.
I pride myself on old-school customer service, efficiency and quick response times. My goal is to create lasting partnerships and an in-depth knowledge of my clients and their businesses, allowing them to move into the future with optimism, financial health, fiscal confidence, and the capacity to focus on what they love doing.
I work with QuickBooks Online and related third-party software integrations.
I don’t do payroll, tax preparation, or HR, but I can refer you to some great partners!
Background and Bio –
Valerie started her career at Timberline Software (now Sage Construction Management) in Beaverton, Oregon and New York, New York, serving construction accounting clients in roles ranging from customer product support, implementation and ongoing on-site client consulting, training development and individual and class-based instruction, and custom report writing.
Following her tenure at Timberline Software, Valerie completed studies in hospitality and tourism management at OSU – Cascades and began working at Visit Bend, the destination management and tourism marketing agency for Bend, Oregon. As Vice President of Operations and Policy, she managed financial operations, forecasting, business administration, human resources, insurance and contracts, grant programs, data and research projects, and supervised the Bend Visitor Center and staff.
Valerie launched Eagle Eye Accounting in 2024 and is excited to bring her experience in bookkeeping/accounting and business operations to gyms and yoga studios – combining her professional and personal pursuits and interests.
In her free time, Valerie enjoys skiing (why she moved to Bend), kayaking, CrossFit and powerlifting, and seeing many, many movies with her husband and stepson.
